Dr. Elbrecht is a veterinarian with over a decade of experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for pets and their families. She grew up in Middleburgh and has always known she wanted to become a veterinarian. Before becoming a veterinarian, she earned her Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) degree in 2003, giving her a strong foundation in hands-on patient care.

She is a graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at the University of Missouri. Prior to starting her mobile practice, Dr. Elbrecht served as a medical director at a veterinary hospital in New Hartford, New York, before relocating to Saratoga County.

Her approach to care emphasizes creating a calm, comfortable experience for every patient. Since 2017, she has focused on Fear Free techniques to minimize stress and make veterinary visits easier for both pets and their families.

Her goal is to make veterinary care more convenient and comfortable by bringing it directly into the home—allowing pets to receive care in a familiar environment while giving families the time, attention, and guidance they deserve.

Outside of work, Dr. Elbrecht enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and their German Shepherd
